Pro Jones Design + Build (PJDB) can provide architectural and engineering design, permitting, and construction services for your project. We provide a detailed design services that focuses on the construction means and methods as we design. We are a one-stop shop to getting a project from design concept to handing over keys. 

 

PJDB designs and builds smart projects (Building Intelligence). We can design any project from scratch, site-adapt existing drawings, or assemble parts and pieces of multiple plans to create your own unique design. We can also utilize scan technology to provide an accurate measurement of existing conditions. 

 

What sets us apart is that we are one of the few organizations that can give a cradle to the grave service. This saves our clients time and a lot of mental capital. Our talented team of designers and fabricator designers build out the project to code and to LOD 400 (Level of Design) which is the industry standard. This means we can design to 1/4" tolerances. This ensures that there a little to no issues with constructability during the construction process. This is the same work flow used in major projects.
